Kim Cattrall
Kim Victoria Cattrall ( born 21 August 1956) is a British and Canadian actress. She is known for her character in the role of Samantha Jones on HBO's Sex and the City (1998-2004) and for which she was awarded five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations, receiving the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. She reprised the same role in the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010).
Cattrall first appeared in Rosebud (1975), but she continued to appear on TV in different roles. In the 1980s, Cattrall rose to fame with films such as Ticket to Heaven (1981), Police Academy (1984) and City Limits (1985), Big Trouble in Little China(86), Mannequin (87), Mannequin (1987), Masquerade (1888), Midnight Crossing (1988) and The Return of the Musketeers (1989).
