Ayesha Takia Azmi has been an actor in Hindi films since 1986. Ayesha Azmi was awarded the Filmfare Best Debut Award 2004 for the starring role in Taarzan The Wonder Car. It was also her acting debut. The actress has appeared in a number of popular films, including Paathshaala (2010 Wanted) Salaam-E-Ishq (2008) as well as Socha Na Tha (2010). Her first cameo was for a commercial for the well-known health beverage Complan. Shahid Kapoor and she were featured in the famous commercial "I'm Complan girl, I'm Complan boy".
